The SEM SRF offers consultancy services to any UK and internationally based industry, whether you require support for a one-off project or a longer term collaboration. We can combine world-class expertise with access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to create a tailor-made solution that meets your needs

Utilising our capabilities in SEM, EDS, EBSD, CL and sample preparation, our expert and friendly team of academic and technical staff offer services in collaborative scientific research to provide solutions to real-world scientific challenges.

We can offer full hands-on training to permit independent use of our instruments, and can provide materials characterisation services to investigate morphology, microstructure and chemical composition.
