The SEM SRF collaborates with academic and industrial partners on the characterisation of advanced and natural materials for the energy transition and for cleaner, safer environments, using state-of-the-art scanning electron microscopy and associated techniques.

Our team

Our team of skilled scientists offers expertise in SEM, FIB- (focused ion beam) SEM and TEM (transmission electron microscopy).
Research

We are working to connect EBSD and TKD (transmission Kikuchi diffraction) with EDS (X-ray spectroscopy), CL (cathodoluminescence) and other state-of-the-art microscopy techniques using integrated workflows.
