The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is based in the Institute of Systems, Molecular and Integrative BiologyLaunching in September 2026, our new MPharm programme is designed to develop confident, adaptable and resilient pharmacists, ready to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Professor Lesley Howell

My passion is to prepare pharmacists for the future - instilling confidence, resilience, and ensuring our students are ready to thrive. We'll provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to succeed in all sectors of pharmacy, from clinical practice and research to industry and academia. Together, we will shape a new generation of leaders to advance the profession and make a lasting difference to health and wellbeing.

Our pharmacy facilities include brand new social study spaces, teaching laboratory and simulation dispensary.
