Teaching
I have led several undergraduate and postgraduate modules, and CPD training in the Department of Physics. I am passionate about ensuring our students have an excellent experience and are well positioned to secure graduate employment. I undertook a PGCert Learning and Higher Education and in 2017 I won the "Teacher of the Year - Faculty of Science and Engineering" award, presented by at the University of Liverpool Guild of Students.
I have delivered several external lectures:
2022 Invited lecturer 21st UK Nuclear Physics Postgraduate Summer School, Sheffield
2017 Co-director of 19th UK Nuclear Physics Postgraduate Summer School, Belfast
2015 Invited lecturer 18th UK Nuclear Physics Postgraduate Summer School, Lancaster
2013 Invited tutor Joint IAEA-ICTP Workshop on Advances in Digital Spectroscopy, Italy
