Lecturer in Human Resource Management | Dissertation Supervisor | University of Liverpool
Jacqueline is an experienced Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Liverpool, where she teaches across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in HRM and Management. She is also an Honorary Lecturer for Kaplan International , teaching on their Masters Programmes for leadership in Health Organisations . Her teaching focuses on leadership, organisational behaviour, and people management. Her research interests are anchored in Psychology, Social Science and life-span development. She is particularly passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging learning experience for all students.
Over the years, Jacqueline has supervised more than 120 master’s dissertations and examined 2 PhD submissions, helping students build confidence in their research and critical thinking skills. Before joining Liverpool, Jacqueline taught at the University of Wales and the University of Chester, working in Teacher Education and Educational Psychology.
