A graduate of the University of Liverpool, Dr Bradshaw trained in Merseyside, originally pursuing a career in Emergency Medicine prior to qualifying as a GP in 2004. She is a Fellow of the Glasgow Royal College of Physicians and a Member of the Glasgow Royal College of General Practitioners.
She works as a GP in an inner city practice and is also a GP appraiser.
Appointed as a Community Clinical Teacher at Liverpool School of Medicine in 2005, she has taught across all academic years in the areas of community medicine and communication skills. Dr Bradshaw was appointed to the role of Year 4 Clinical Year Director in 2015 and is also a member of the Senior Management Team.
Educationally, she has particular interests in assessment, communication skills and professionalism. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education and a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
