Personal Statement
A graduate of the University of Liverpool in 2011, Dr Birks qualified as a GP in 2016 and works as a salaried GP in a large city centre practice. He joined the University of Liverpool Community Studies Department in 2018 as a Community Clinical Tutor and works at the University on Thursdays.
