Personal Statement
Dr. Treasa Kearney is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) .
In 2013, she completed her fully funded PhD in Marketing at Technology University Dublin (TUD) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Keele University. Since completing the PhD, her research focuses on the area of Transformation Service Research (TSR), value co-creation and customer service experiences. She has worked on projects relating to food poverty, times of conflict and Higher Education. She has taught across many marketing modules, ranging from Marketing Research to Contemporary Retail Environment. She is a reviewer for several journals (e.g. Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Management) and has presented her research at prestigious international conferences, for example, Frontiers, SERVSIG and AMA.
