Dr. Treasa Kearney has been lecturing since 2006 and completed her PhD in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in 2013. As a PhD researcher Treasa gained extensive knowledge in data collection and data analysis (Software used: SPSS & LISREL) and focused her research on the Servicescape. Since completing the Phd, her research focuses on the area of Transformation Service Research (TSR), value co-creation and customer service experiences. She has worked on projects relating to food poverty, times of conflict and Higher Education. She has taught across many marketing modules, ranging from Marketing Research to Contemporary Retail Environment. She is a reviewer for several journals (e.g. Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Management) and has presented her research at prestigious international conferences, for example, Frontiers, SERVSIG and AMA.
