About

I am a Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry. I am Academic Lead for Oral Health and co-pathway lead for the postgraduate Doctorate in Dental Sciences (Paediatric Dentistry) at the School of Dentistry.

In 2007 I graduated with a BDS from University of Liverpool. My specialist training was through an NIHR funded academic clinical fellowship, I was awarded my Tri-collegiate Membership in Paediatric Dentistry in 2014.

Clinically, I have a background of working within the Community Dental Service, and now as a Honorary Consultant within the hospital. I am the university representative on the local Managed Clinical Network for Paediatric Dentistry.

Nationally, I am the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry Teachers Branch representative at council. I am part of the founding board and lead for written assessments for the new Dental Specialty Fellowship Examination
