Meet the CDT students

The CDT is no longer recruiting new cohorts. Across its five previous intakes we successfully recruited 55 students who are central to the CDT and form an integral part of the power house from which new knowledge and cutting edge practice is being developed and applied.

Where are our first 3 cohorts now?

• 13 students have been awarded their PhD
• 6 students are pending their PhD award
• 7 have gone on to an academic career (3 within the Signal Processing Group)
• 1 is employed in industry

We continue to recruit students who are aligned to the CDT and can benefit from its activities and wider research community. We currently host 7 aligned PhD students from across University departments, and any new opportunities will be listed here.
