Facilities and Research Environment
Our CDT students have access to a wide range of world-class facilities across the University of Liverpool and industrial partners. These include advanced laboratories, automated synthesis and characterisation platforms, high-performance computing resources, and specialist analytical suites that support cutting-edge materials chemistry research.
The facilities highlighted below give a sense of the breadth of environments our researchers work in, from robotics and digital tools to state-of-the-art experimental equipment. Together, they form the interdisciplinary ecosystem that enables ambitious, data-driven, and collaborative PhD projects within the CDT.
