This is varied practical module will provide training in a range of ecological skills through a series of field and laboratory exercises. Field work will expose you to diverse and beautiful natural environments, where you will develop skills in species identification and ecological sampling for both terrestrial and marine animals and plants. The skills you gain will have wide applications across environmental science, including biology, ecology and physical geography. You will develop quantitative skills in field ecology and use these to solve fundamental and applied problems. Assessments is a mix of multiple choice tests.
