You can use our chatbot to contact us if you have any queries about Clearing.
We don’t have a Clearing telephone line. Instead, you can use our handy chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage. It's much more efficient than a telephone line, because it enables our dedicated Clearing team to answer more queries. It’s easy to use, and you won’t get put on hold.
When we are open for Clearing applications, the chatbot will always be available. However, live operators will only be online Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Please note that even when live operators are not available to chat, admissions colleagues will continue to review Clearing applications.
