Contact us about Clearing
From 5 July, you can use our chatbot to contact us about Clearing. Find out more.
We don’t have a Clearing telephone line. Instead, you can use our handy chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage. When Clearing opens on 5th July, the chatbot will be available. It's much more efficient than a telephone line, because it enables our dedicated Clearing team to answer more queries. It’s easy to use, and you won’t get put on hold.
When we are open for Clearing applications, the chatbot will always be available. However, live operators will only be online at certain times. We will provide you with more information about when live operators will be available soon.
Please note that even when live operators are not available to chat, admissions colleagues will continue to review Clearing applications.

If you’ve been made an offer through Clearing and have questions about how to confirm your place, visit our helpful webpages. Alternatively, you can use the chatbot or confirmation telephone (add number) to access help. Please be aware that you cannot use this telephone line to make Clearing enquiries.
