NIHR - Clinical Research Network: North West Coast
Hosted by Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the Clinical Research Network in the North West Coast (CRN NWC) comprises 41 NHS partners consisting of 22 NHS Trusts and 19 Clinical Commissioning Groups. The region stretches across 4 counties from South Cheshire to South Cumbria.
The Clinical Research Network, North West Coast helps to ensure research is delivered in an effective way so that key research questions can be answered. Their work allows new medicines, treatments and care to be developed which help to improve health and social care outcomes across the NHS and social care sector.
