Your health matters — and we’re here to help you feel your best. The Active Liverpool Wellness Clinics are open to all staff, offering a comprehensive health check-up and guidance — all in one convenient visit.
During your appointment, you’ll receive:
• Boditrax body composition analysis – get a detailed look at what’s happening beneath the surface.
• Blood pressure check – monitor one of your most important health indicators.
• Cholesterol and glucose testing – understand key measures for heart health and energy.
• Personalised lifestyle guidance – including advice on staying active, eating well, improving sleep, and maintaining a healthy heart.

Healthy You
Healthy You is a new initiative aimed at supporting staff in making positive lifestyle changes. This free service offers a range of resources and personalised support for those looking to improve their health and wellness.
Whether you're interested in improving your nutrition, becoming more active, managing your weight, or simply taking advantage of Sport Liverpool’s free health checks and Boditrax analysis, ‘Healthy You’ is here to assist you on your journey. The initiative is designed to help staff create sustainable, healthy habits that fit their individual needs and goals. This program provides a supportive environment for anyone looking to make positive changes to their lifestyle, no matter how big or small.
Staff members interested in joining the program are encouraged to complete this online form, after which a member of the Active Lifestyle team will get in touch to discuss their specific goals and provide support or guidance.
First Steps to Fitness
This new programme aims to cover the 5 steps to fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. It includes private gym training sessions and access to Pilates classes.
Participants will receive Boditrax analysis at the beginning and end of the programme, as well as information on mindset, nutrition and physical activity.
The 40-minute instructor-led gym sessions will provide exercise guidance and support from our qualified trainers.
