Women's only sessions
Our brand-new Women’s Only sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all who identify as women to enjoy sport and wellbeing activities comfortably and confidently. Whether you're new to exercise or looking for a safe space to focus on your fitness, there's something for everyone.
Come as you are — no judgement, no pressure, just a fun and supportive community. Please be advised that some sessions may be covered by male staff when needed, please ask at reception before your session. Check our app or socials for session times and locations.
What's on?
Training Sessions
Tuesday's 12-1pm at Vine Court Gym.
Build strength, boost confidence, and move at your own pace.
Swim Sessions
Friday's 2.30-3.30pm at the Sports and Fitness Centre.
Changing time before and after the session. Enjoy the pool in a private and relaxed setting. There may be male lifeguards at times due to staff availability.
