Women only sessions
Our women only sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all who identify as women to enjoy sport and wellbeing activities comfortably and confidently. Whether you're new to exercise or looking for a safe space to focus on your fitness, there's something for everyone.
Come as you are — no judgement, no pressure, just a fun and supportive community. Please be advised that some sessions may be covered by male staff when needed, please ask at reception before your session. Check our app or socials for session times and locations.
What's on?
Beginner Circuit Class
Our open beginner bodyweight circuit sessions provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for your workout. Lisa will guide you through a 40-minute total-body circuit class, designed to enhance your mental and physical wellness.
When: Every Wednesday, 12:10 - 12:50pm, at the Sports and Fitness Centre.
Where: Vine Court Gym, meet at Vine Court Reception at 12pm
Swim Sessions
Take time for yourself in a welcoming, supportive space. Our women-only swim sessions are the perfect opportunity to enjoy the water at your own pace, whether you’re swimming for fitness, relaxation, or to unwind.
These sessions are open to all women, and you don’t need to be an Active Liverpool member to join in. There will be a small fee for non-members, see reception when you arrive!
When: Every Friday, 2.15-3.15pm, at the Sports and Fitness Centre.
Changing time will be available before and after the session. Entrance fees apply to non-members. There may be male lifeguards at times due to staff availability, please ask reception before the session.
