Developing into an independent researcher

Dr Beesley credits her supervisors, Professors Jane Hodgkinson, Steve Paterson and Diana Williams as hugely helpful in giving her career guidance and advice on applications. To date, she has succeessfully applied for several development related opportunities which have been and continue to be an important part of her journey to becoming an independent researcher.
