Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning team supports decision-making in the University to help achieve its strategic objectives.

We are responsible for managing the institutional risk framework and providing effective processes for strategic and operational planning across the University. Central to all of these functions are the effective use of data and intelligence and the provision of expert advice about the external environment.

Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence are part of the Finance department.

We work with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, including all Faculties and Professional Service areas as well as external organisations such as OfS and HESA.
