Lecturer in Political Theory Politics

Personal Statement

I joined the department in 2017 as Lecturer in Political Theory. I have previously held posts at University College London, University of Edinburgh and King's College London. I hold a PhD in Political Theory from University College London.

I work in analytical normative and conceptual political theory, with a particular focus on political liberalism, secularism, and multiculturalism. I am currently working on two research projects: (1) the justification of religious exemptions; and (2) the political ethics of adoption.
