About
I am a Lecturer in International Business within the SIBE (Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship) subject group at the University of Liverpool Management School, where I hold a Teaching and Scholarship position and serve as Deputy Director of Studies. I joined the University of Liverpool in 2023, having previously held teaching and research positions at the University of Manchester, where I also completed both my postgraduate degrees.
I hold a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Manchester, where my doctoral research examined the conditions under which multinational enterprises institutionalise human rights due diligence. This work reflects my broader research interests in human rights and environmental issues in international business, which I continue to develop alongside emerging interests in critical thinking and the integration of generative AI in higher education. I draw primarily on qualitative comparative analysis as a methodological approach.
Prior to entering academia, I worked as a Research Analyst at Gartner. I am a Fellow of Advance HE, which reflects my commitment to excellence and innovation in learning and teaching, in particular, developing students' critical and analytical capabilities within an international business context.
