Dr Xiaoke Ye BSc, MSc, PhD

Personal Statement

Dr Xiaoke Ye (叶潇客) joined the School of Management at the University of Liverpool in September 2023. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from Bayes Business School (Formerly known as Cass), City University of London in 2023. He studied in Bayes Business School and the University of Cambridge prior to his doctoral training.

His main research interests are empirical corporate finance: Corporate governance; Insider trading; Network analysis; M&A and Supply-chain networks.

Dr Xiaoke has taught at the University of Liverpool, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Bayes Business School, City University of London. He used to be a Stata instructor for Timberlake Consultant which is the publisher of Stata in the UK, and worked as a data analyst for Smart Insider.

Dr Xiaoke obtained his Fellowship (FHEA) of the Advance Higher Education in 2022.
