Sardar Ahmad is a lecturer in accounting at The University of Liverpool Management School. Sardar is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Before joining the University of Liverpool in March 2017, Sardar also worked at The Open University Business School and the University of Buckingham. He has taught a wide range of accounting and finance modules both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has also supervised MRes and PhD students. His research interests are in the area of corporate governance, earnings management, business ethics, value relevance of accounting and corporate risk-taking.
