About us
The new Liverpool Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Centre (LINC) will be at the forefront of addressing some of the world’s most pressing brain health challenges.
Based at the University of Liverpool, LINC will bring together clinical and behavioural neuroscience research to develop innovative diagnostics, treatments, and interventions for a range of neurological conditions, aiming to improve health outcomes and quality of life.
In partnership with the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, Brain Health Northwest, and global collaborators, LINC is set to transform brain and mind research in Liverpool and improve healthcare outcomes globally.
The centre is due to be formally launched in July 2025.
By bridging the gap between neurology, neurosurgery, pain, psychiatry and psychology, LINC aims to drive research to significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals with neurological conditions.
