This module aims to critically explore the concept of the ‘sex industry’ and will examine policy, legal frameworks, policing of sex work, stigma, stripping, online sex work, and the global sex worker rights movement.
The module also includes a guided walk of sexual entertainment venues in Liverpool City Centre.
