This module will help students gain the knowledge and skills needed to create and apply strategies that allow businesses to succeed in global markets. Along with learning the theory of international business, it focuses on understanding global markets and the strategic steps needed for international success. The module will cover key decisions businesses need to make and raise awareness of the critical areas in strategy that every business must focus on and develop.
