ADVANCED ANCIENT EGYPTIAN II

Students taking this module will devise, in discussion with the module teachers, an individual language project on a topic of relevance to their research or research/PGT-level training. The project may address issues of grammar and/or linguistics, or alternatively it may address issues in the reading/interpretation of textual genres from Ancient Egypt. One of the module teachers will be assigned as the student’s supervisor for this project, and there will be supervisions over the course of the semester. Assessment will be in the form of a single piece of summative coursework, submitted at the start of the assessment period, relating to the individual project.
