Building on the work of CLAH651, to give students the knowledge, competence and confidence to start reading written documents and literature from ancient Greece in their original language, working with the coursework and unadapted ('real') texts. Students continue to perfect their knowledge of word forms (morphology) and functions (syntax), and acquire an increasing vocabulary to describe linguistic features of a text.
