The focus of this module is to build on your previous experience of learning Greek (at A-Level or equivalent, or in CLAH modules) to help foster confidence in reading ‘real’ Greek texts. Some consolidation of grammatical points (particularly the advanced constructions covered in CLAH503 and 504) will be included, but the bulk of the module will be devoted to learning to read Greek literature with linguistic confidence (using an anthology, or a suitable prose or verse text). Module convenors will identify grammatical material that needs repetition or additional coverage.
