Personal Statement

Ruomei is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategic Management at the University of Liverpool Management School. She gained her PhD degree from Newcastle University Business School. Drawing on insights from organization theory, social theory and process studies, her research is driven by a passion for understanding the role of events in organizational life. She has conducted research on strategy, ethics, organizational change and philanthropy.
