This module is designed to provide students with strong footing in basic quantitative skills and their practical application to provide a core foundation for their degree programme. This module blends maths and statistics with computing tools needed to turn theory into practice. Through a combination of practical coursework and lectures, students will develop a high level of confidence in foundational maths methods and have the skills to use programming and analysis tools, such as Excel and Python, to implement these methods into practical applications.
