RUEDI will offer ultrafast measurements for transformative impacts in science and technology, which start from achieving atomic and molecular control of the (bio)-chemical interactions that determine each process.
It will be the first facility of its kind in the UK, allowing the evolution of structural changes in materials to be observed and determined through time-resolved experiments, rather than by static structure.
