CPR Hosting the BBSRC Veterinary Vaccinology Network
CPR acted as hosts for a day on candidate discovery, as part o the BBSRC Veterinary Vaccinology Network.
The One Day Workshop hosted on 18th November at the Foresight Centre, the University of Liverpool included a range of presentations focusing on antigen discovery and the proteomics of host response, providing complementary perspectives of both research of the antigen and host response.
This workshop was designed to educate researchers in the latest updates on antigen discovery and proteomics of host response as well as the tools and technologies to be able to conduct such research.
It was co—hosted by Professor Rob Beynon and Professor Julian Hiscox, the day included a tour of the Centre of Proteomic Research and the Centre of Genomic Research.
The workshop was full, and there was a winner of the ‘Dragon’s Den’ presentation for free access to CPR capability in proteomics.
