Personal Statement

I joined the ULMS MBA Programme in 2021 with a remit to design and deliver an innovative and impactful career and professional development programme for our MBA delegates.

I am a qualified Coach, accredited psychometric practitioner and experienced talent development professional. I use my expertise to provide one-to-one coaching, and tailored learning and preparation for employment, at a status that enables influence and impact as future leaders. My aim is to ensure our MBAs have the tools to leverage their MBA learning to build rewarding and impactful futures.

I began professional life as a litigation lawyer before realising I preferred people to law, and became Director of a national talent resourcing consultancy acting for global law firms. I took the coaching aspect of this experience and opened a bespoke coaching consultancy working with future leaders in corporates, public and charitable sectors before finding my purpose in post-experience education.

It is a genuine pleasure to work with global MBA students on their transformational journey.
