This is the fourth module within the Personal and Professional Development theme. It is a 30 credit, Level 5 module.

Student's will demonstrate knowledge through the application of OT process. They will demonstrate a detailed application of specific sections of the OT process (planning intervention and evaluation) across a range of practice settings, this will be informed by OT models and reasoning. Students will consider a deeper application with consideration on increasing complexity and risk.

Students will be given opportunity to demonstrate a range of skills required for professional practice, including professional communication skills, leadership and considering taking increased responsibility for their learning for clinical placements. They will engage in a simulated practice and a seven week clinical placement (PP4) which will be assessed.

Learning and teaching will be delivered in a range of formats including online large group teaching and small group teaching, and practice and simulated placements, delivered either within the University environment and via on-line virtual delivery.

Students will be assessed with an OSPE and a seven week clinical placement.
