When does it start?

The next programme starts in May 2024.

‌‌What does it involve?

Developed by experts in the field of leadership and management, this unique programme employs an integrated delivery model, incorporating seven distinct elements over a seven month period.

You will focus on developing techniques to tackle real life practical issues within your business to improve your leadership skills and help the business to grow.

The programme is aimed at owners and senior managers in small businesses in the Liverpool City Region.

Element one - a leadership residential

A two day leadership residential focusing on leadership skills and business goals. You will meet the other delegates as well as those delivering the programme. The retreat takes place at the Thornton Hall Hotel in Wirral.

Element two - seven master classes

A series of seven master classes delivered by speakers who've been chosen to stimulate new ideas and ways of thinking, and to inspire you to make meaningful changes within your organisation as well as focusing on business growth strategies.

Element three - business coaching

Six hours of business coaching to help you prioritise action. You will receive four individual coaching sessions from experts from a wide range of sectors to help you devise a strategy to take your business forward. You will have the opportunity to choose from a range of coaches from diverse backgrounds, all of whom have run businesses successfully themselves.

Element four - action learning meetings

Four action learning set meetings, a non executive 'board of your peers' to help you identify the most appropriate course of action to solve difficult and deep rooted problems.

Element five - business shadowing

A business shadowing experience with another participant on the programme to see how others overcome business challenges, allowing you to reflect on your own practices.

Element six - skills workshops

Skills workshops and consolidation days will reflect on your experiences on the programme and are a vital component. You will be asked to identify key learning points throughout the programme and share how they have been applied and impacted on the growth of your business.

Element seven - a network of peers

The programme is underpinned by a network of like-minded individuals keen to share ideas and support each other.
