ECRU Research Themes

The European Children's Rights Unit (ECRU) is a research-intensive cluster located within the University of Liverpool's School of Law and Social Justice. Our work pursues the following three aims:

One of our key aims is to enable children to enforce their rights. There’s no point in children having rights on paper if they can’t use them to improve and enrich their lives in practice.
