True Student Liverpool accommodation is at the heart of Liverpool's famous student scene. Contract Information

If you receive an offer for accommodation with our University Approved Private Providers, the contract will be with the provider themselves and not the University of Liverpool.  The offer received will only be a recommendation and you are not obliged to book accommodation with true Student.  By booking with true Student, you will be doing so at your own risk and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement that you sign into. Please read the content of the offer email which will detail the accommodation, provider and further information on this.

You will not be able to join the room move waiting list to move into University of Liverpool accommodation if you book a room and will need to discuss your requirements with the Private Provider.

Students who receive an offer direct from the University of Liverpool accommodation office will be able to receive an exclusive 40 week contract

The best thing about True Student? They match our University of Liverpool payment terms meaning you do not need a deposit or rent advancement! You will be able to pay in 3 instlaments in October, January and April.

Students are able to pay their balance in full or 3 instalments throughout the tenancy.  Further information will be provided within the offer.

You must also provide a UK based guarantor.  The guarantor must be over the age of 18 and provide Photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
