How do I apply for accommodation?

After you formally accept your offer to study with us you will be able to apply for University Accommodation via the Accommodation Portal, accessed through your Liverpool Life account.

You will need your student ID number, this is a 9 digit number starting “20” and may be referred to as a reference.  You can find this on your offer letter.

After you visit Liverpool Life, click “Set pin for the first time” and instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours on how to set up your PIN.  When you have logged in, click “Continue to your application” under the accommodation section and place an application under 2023-24 and ensure you select the correct application route;

Semester 1 – This is for students who require accommodation in Liverpool for the first semester (September – January).

Semester 2 – This is for students who require accommodation from the second semester (January – June)

Full Year – This is students who are studying in the Global Opportunies/Study Abroad programme for the full year.  You will be housed on a 39 week contract.
