Contract Information

If you receive an offer for accommodation with our University Approved Private Providers, the contract will be with the provider themselves and not the University of Liverpool.  The offer received will only be a recommendation and you are not obliged to book accommodation with Gather.  By booking with Gather, you will be doing so at your own risk and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement/license that you sign into.  Please read the content of the offer email which will detail the accommodation, provider and further information on this. You will not be able to join the room move waiting list to move into University of Liverpool accommodation if you book a room and will need to discuss your requirements with the Private Provider.

Students who receive an offer direct from the University of Liverpool accommodation office will be able to receive a 39 week contract for undergraduate students or a 51 week specifically for postgraduate students.

Students are able to pay their rent termly or in full.  Further information will be provided within the offer.

You must also provide a UK based guarantor, information will be sent when a booking is made.  The guarantor must be over the age of 18 and provide Photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
