Members of the centre conduct research into gender, diversity, work-life relationships and health, with much of the research focused on how organisations can further diversity, equality and wellbeing.

Research in this area is leading to impact work in:

  • Parenthood and employment
  • Glass ceilings
  • Enhancing the lives of rural women in India
  • Work with companies on developing female leaders
