Personal Statement
Vasilis has a 6-year experience as a researcher in the field of Structural Engineering; a 4.5-year teaching experience in academic institutions in the area of Structural and Civil Engineering; and a 10-year professional experience as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in the field of Structural and Civil Engineering in Greece (Consultant Structural Engineer). He is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK (FHEA). Vasilis is an external examiner in academic institutions in the UK and Greece. He is also a reviewer for several academic journals.
