Author: Dr Tunde Varga-Atkins and Joanna Cheetham

Well-designed peer learning can offer a number of benefits to students, including academic attainment, building cooperative relationships with others, valuing diversity and exploring diverse perspectives (Topping et al, 2017).

This guide will give you some ideas about how to design, scaffold, manage and evaluate peer learning groups and it includes a range of practical ideas for activities.
