Support at the School of the Arts


In 19 Abercromby Square you will find our dedicated reception area known as the Student Support Centre.

We are here for support starting from your registration all the way up until graduation. Some of the things you may need us for are: registration queries (including transfers/suspensions), module registration queries, timetabling queries and assessment submission.

The Student Support Centre is open from 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The School of the Arts has two Learning and Teaching Support Officers (LTSOs) who are available to provide support and advice on academic and pastoral issues that may arise during your time at the University. They will be available for individual appointments should you wish to come in and have a chat. The LTSOs work closely with academic tutors and student support services to ensure that all students are fully supported throughout their studies.
