EU, EEA, EFTA and Swiss nationals
We have collated FAQs for EU, EEA, EFTA and Swiss nationals, both currently resident in the UK and resident outside of the UK, to communicate the options laid out by the UK government, before and after the official exit from the EU.
For more information visit the UK Visa and Immigration website for all the latest information.
If you are outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland you must have permission to live and work in the UK. For more information please visit the Applying for a visa to come to the UK website.
The UK operates a points-based system. Migrants must score the required number of points and in most circumstances have a job offer from a licensed sponsor (employer).
