Day 1: Presentations
9.00 - 9.30 Breakfast (Danish pastries, tea/coffee) and Registration
9.30 - 9.50 Welcome speeches and introductions from ULMS and NARTI
9.50 - 11.00 1st professional development session- Funding your research-This will be a panel discussion and a Q&A session
11.00 - 11.15 Coffee break
11.15 - 13.00 Presentations- There will be 4 parallel session and 4 delegates within each parallel session. Each delegate will have approximately 20 minutes to present.
13.00 - 13.45 Lunch
13.45 - 16.00 Presentations- There will be 4 parallel session and 4 delegates within each parallel session. Each delegate will have approximately 20 minutes to present.
16.00 - 16.15 Coffee break
16.15 - 17.30 2nd professional development session- Building your academic profile: The job market- This will be a panel discussion and a Q&A session by a Q&A session
7/7.30 - late Evening meal
Before the evening meal, there will also be the opportunity to visit the Albert Dock and the Tate Modern. Our evening meal will be at one of the many independent, and up-and-coming restaurants that are emerging in Liverpool city centre.
Day 2: Writing workshop
The Workshop
This will be a round table discussion between 3 participants and 1 academic panel member. All participants and academics will have read all papers within the assigned groups. Discussions therefore will focus on feedback in relation to moving the papers closer to journal submission and the suitability of the journal being targeted.
