ULCCO Special Projects have been partnering for several years now with the Faculties of Architecture and Engineering, providing students with live working construction environments, to assist them in their studies and allow them to engage with professional and technical construction staff.

ULCCO Special Projects was commissioned to collaboratively work with the University's strategic working group, their Project Manager and chosen design team, to develop a design and provide a best value construction budget for 3172m2 of refurbishment works over 2 floors, within building 502 on central campus to provide additional teaching and study space.

Melville Grove Student Residences

Melville Grove Residences Refurbishment

ULCCO Special Projects built Melville Grove Residences that comprise of 49 semi detached and terraced houses, ranging between 2 and 3 storey in height. Providing 338 student apartments within 8 different house types.

Management School Extension

As part of the University's planned expansion for the Management School, ULCCO Special Projects was commissioned to collaboratively work with the Management School to develop a four storey extension to the existing building, along with refurbishing part of the existing floor areas.

School of Law and Social Justice

As part of the University's planned improvement for the School of Law & Social Justice, ULCCO SP was commissioned to collaboratively work with the school, the University's Senior Project Manager and the Design Team to completely renovate the existing Cypress building and build a new 5 story extension to the rear.
