As Senior Researcher Developer (PGR), I lead the team that delivers development opportunities for the PGRs at the University. My role is to organise, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of development activities to our PGR population. The main aspects of my role are:
- Managing the Researcher Developer (PGR) team to design and deliver development activities for all PGRs registered at the University
- Leading the creation and development of communication plans to promote development activities across the University
- Attending a variety of committees to promote the work of the PGR team across the wider University and increase cross-working to enhance the PGR development offering
- Working closely with senior academics and administrators to design large-scale plans for the enhancement of PGR development within the University
- Evaluating the success of sessions in order to ensure the programme meets the needs of our PGR community.
