How to package your research to make it appealing to journalists and media audiences.

This workshop will explore packaging your research in a media-friendly way, identifying what journalists are looking for, and helping to improve trust in the media by working with journalists to inform accurate factual coverage.

Facilitators: Laura Davis (she/her)
An award-winning journalist of more than 20 years experience, Laura has held senior leadership roles at Reach Plc, leading on audience development strategy for the Liverpool Echo and Manchester Evening News. She is currently a freelance writer and audience development consultant, which includes the role of Public Engagement Lead for UCLan’s Media Innovation Studio. She edits Stored Honey, a newsletter celebrating the North West arts scene.
