Create research impact and nurture your career by developing relationships with non-academic organisations through knowledge exchange activities.

Knowledge exchange activities are a great way to extend your network and create new relationships for future collaborations and maybe even a job. This masterclass will explore all the different engagement opportunities with non-academic organisations, how to generate them and where funding can be found.

Session outline/ plan

By the end of this session, participants will be able to understand:

  • The different engagement opportunities with non-academic organisations 
  • Best practice in how to generate new relationships and where funding can be found 
  • An introduction to the Knowledge Exchange Framework

With half her career in hi-tch and bio-tech in the Cambridge UK silicon valley and the other half supporting academics in their communication and collaboration skills, Caroline brings a pragmatism and insight that will help you develop quality project relationships and progress your career.
